Second, every submission that passes those checks is still held for review and isn't shown to other visitors until approved. Neither stage confirms a link points at *this* property specifically, or that its details are current — always confirm listing details directly with the agent.

Only if you were logged in when you added it. It'll show up on your dashboard, where you can change the URL or remove it any time. Links added anonymously (the default, no-account path) can't be edited afterward by anyone, including you — that's the trade-off for not needing an account.
